Are you looking for a home based role with a community services focus? Are you based in North or South Lanarkshire and ready to join our innovative Family Wellbeing Services team? Caring, creative, innovative and dedicated? If so, this could be the role to apply for as our team regularly receive feedback as being well organised, supportive and friendly and always keen to make a difference in the lives of those who we come into contact with.
Our Family Wellbeing Service within the Community Services team at Sight Scotland provide community based support to people with sight loss.
One of our key aims is to reduce the isolation and anxiety often felt by those with sight loss, while improving confidence to live well with visual impairment now and in the future.
You will create and facilitate group support to individuals within community settings to improve social inclusion for people living with sight loss.
You will be based in either North or South Lanarkshire at your home address with regular travel in the area.
