The vacancy
A vacancy has arisen for a full time Personal Assistant within Sight Scotland. The post holder will provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative service and ensuring that effective diary planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have effective prioritisation and time-management skills, and experience of diary management, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and fast accurate typing skills. In addition, you will have experience in minute-taking at Board/Committee level and familiarity with videoconferencing tools.
Substantial previous experience in providing PA support to a Chief Executive or Director and an ability to cope with prioritising a changing and complex workload, including tight deadlines is desirable.
