The vacancy
Sight Scotland is seeking an organized and proactive Facilities and Fleet Administrator to manage our vehicle fleet and provide essential facilities support. In this role, you’ll ensure our vehicles are well-maintained, oversee MOTs, servicing, repairs, and managing any breakdowns or accidents. You'll also keep our insurance records up to date and liaise with the RAC when needed.
As the first point of contact for building and estate maintenance, you’ll work closely with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. You’ll also monitor our online Facilities Helpdesk, manage access control systems, review CCTV when required, and handle reception duties at our head office. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing departmental records.
With added responsibilities as a trained Fire Marshal and first aider, this role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, supporting the vital work we do. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable and inquisitive, we’d love to hear from you!
